Eda Sweden Sunk Daisy Amerika Purple Rosebowl
Description
We bought this deep purple cupped-in bowl by Eda in 2002 from a friend who traveled to Sweden. It is my favourite item in this pattern. Yes, it's the same shape but the deeper the purple the better the iridescence.
The daisy/geometric pattern catches the light in so many ways and the colours just scream. Heavy blues, turquoise, gold, cerise and lime jump off the bowl. It's 2.75" high with a base diameter of 2.5" and a top opening of 3.25" wide.
The bowl has the usual four ground feet. Purple items from Eda are considered to be rare. I have heard from people who have been searching for these purple Sunk Daisys for years without any luck, so good hunting.
