Fenton Peacock & Urn Persian Blue Bowl

The Peacock & Urn bowl was promised to me several weeks ago (November 2017) when buying a couple of other Carnival glass pieces at an antique fair here in the UK. We have purchased several pieces from them now and we have built a good relationship.
I think they like our passion and the fact that we spend time with them talking about everything and anything and they enjoy looking at the pictures of our new finds. At the end of all our meetings I will always get tempted with a promise of other Carnival glass which normally goes like this... "I bet you ain’t got a Peacock & Urn bowl in Persian Blue.....I will bring one next time." I just know he can tell by my face that he has excited me and I’m sure he has a laugh knowing that I’m not going to sleep too well until our next visit.
The weeks in between visits go by painfully slow and yes, I do have some nights where I struggle to sleep, but, always as promised, the bowl will be there carefully wrapped and put aside for me. And yes, they did it to me again with a promise of yet another beautiful piece of Carnival glass for my next visit which I hope to share with you on Showcase.
