Imperial Double Dutch Clambroth Rosebowl Whimsey From Footed Bowl

In June of 2015, the LLCGC (Lincoln Land Carnival Glass Club) convention auction had this Imperial Double Dutch tri-footed bowl in clambroth, shaped into a giant rose bowl. This was the second whimsey shaped from a Double Dutch bowl in this auction. The first, marigold, and now, clambroth.

The iridescence on this piece has to be seen in person to appreciate the multi-colored electric radium display that this bowl sends out. It is something that neither Sherry or myself have ever seen before. We are both so grateful to have this very special piece in our collection.
