Imperial "Imperial Grape" Marigold Souvenir Tumbler Etched "Will Gibson"

Here is a really super dark, nicely iridized Imperial Grape tumbler with "Will Gibson" etched along the top band. I don't recall ever having seen anything in this pattern with etching before. I don't have a clue who Will Gibson is, but it's a nice looking tumbler.

I wonder who he was......maybe kin to Hoot Gibson....Mel Gibson....or maybe even kin to Orville Gibson, the founder of Gibson Guitars? Who ever he was, I’m thankful that someone thought enough of Will Gibson to have his name put on this nice tumbler.
