Imperial Open Rose Blue Ruffled Sauce or Berry Bowl
Description
We acquired this blue Open Rose sauce at the 2012 HOACGA convention when our dear friends Dorothy & Arnold Snell sold their collection. Vickie fell in love with this and told me we were not going home without it. Well, it went home with us.
We saw Dorothy & Arnold at the Air Capital Convention just a few weeks ago (Oct. 7, 2016) and this bowl was discussed between us. I tell ya folks that they looked great. It was so good to see them. I'm sure everyone has heard that Dorothy suddenly passed away earlier this week on October 25, 2016. She will be missed by all.
This little bowl just became so much more special to us. It will always put a smile on our faces. Dorothy will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace Dorothy Snell.
