Northwood Grape & Cable Oxblood Stippled Powder Jar

I bought this off of eBay and I could not believe my eyes when I saw it - Oxblood, stippled with a stippled lid.
There has been some discussion and opinions regarding the deep red color, known as oxblood, of this piece; however, auctioneer Jim Seeck basically told me that it didn't matter what the color was, that he had never seen a "stippled" amethyst Grape & Cable powder jar.
