I purchased this privately from Tom Mordini at the HOACGA convention in 1998 while the auction was going on and slipped it into the car without Sherry knowing it. At the time, this was the most we, I, ever spent on a piece and the look on Sherry's face when I unwrapped it at home was priceless.
