Northwood Peacocks on the Fence Blue Stippled Plate
Description
This is such a hard plate to photograph! It's so beautiful in person but it didn't translate any better in the auction photo either which is why I walked right by it at the auction preview because I wasn't looking for it. However, Mike did notice it and as soon as he saw its beautiful radium edge he was on a mission to bring it home!
Its beautiful iridescence reminds me of the changing colors of fall foliage.
We purchased at the Galen & Kathi Johnson HOACGA convenntion auction in April 2016.
