Northwood Tree Trunk Electric Blue Squatty Vase

This is another one of those pieces that I find so beautiful and felt an immediate bond to when I first saw it in the Karen Engel auction catalog - funny, because I had never felt so compelled about a vase before, but this 7-inch squatty one was the exception.

For us it's just the most perfect little vase - a beautiful shape and glorious iridescence inside and out! Days before the auction I knew in my heart this vase was going to come home with us. Mike loved it too so when the bidding started we didn't have an exit plan. Our only plan was to win this vase and so we did !
