Riihimaki Finland Starburst Amber Spittoon Shaped Sugar Bowl.

Our last Starburst piece from our usual dealer in 2003 was a mistake. Not on our part but on his as he had mixed his patterns up and didn't mean to sell it. It wasn't until a couple of weeks later that he realized this and offered to buy it back but it was not to be!
That piece was a beautiful Amber spittoon-shaped sugar which at the time was very rare. European Carnival glass virtually always has a ground base. It measures 5" wide and 2.5" deep.
