Description
My first piece of Carnival Glass was a King's Crown comport in blue, given to me by an elderly lady I looked after in doing her housework, etc. I still have it and will never part with it.
My main mentor is Glen Thistlewood. When I did a Google search on Carnival glass, up popped Glen's name as an editor of the Woodsland internet club. She replied so quickly to my questions and from that time forward, I have never looked back as Glen & Steve are very special to me.
My second mentor was the Carnival Glass Collectors Association of Australia Inc. which I joined years ago. I have been a committee member, secretary, and have been President now for a few years. It is a great small very friendly club.
