U.S. Glass Palm Beach Marigold Goofus Glass Two-Sides-Up Whimsey Banana Bowl

I purchased this 7" x 4" banana bowl as one of several shapes of Palm Beach Goofus glass items that  I could manage to acquire from the Tom Burns auction featuring the collection of the late Bill Richards, Sr. in August 2014.

For me, this was a chance of a lifetime to find all these wonderful whimsey shapes, all in one great sale, from one great collection, belonging to one great man. He was a true pioneer of Carnival Glass.
