U.S. Glass Palm Beach Marigold Goofus Glass Jardiniere

I purchased this jardiniere from Pete & Paula Bingham who bought it at a Mickey Reichel Auction around 1998. This 5" tall vase is marigold with gold goofus paint on the highlights.

Pete says, "Although vases were not part of the line, they made numerous versions of them from the jardiniere, spooner, tumbler and other moulds. It is said that the larger size Palm Beach vases were swung from this jardiniere, and not the spooner. Although never having seen an old "celery vase",  I've observed that the newer ones from the mid 1900's look like this jardiniere shape could have been "bulged out" from that mould, but that's just an assumption on my part. One way or the other, this is a scarce piece to find."
